What types of events do you cover?

We cover a wide range of events including product launches, corporate functions, brand activations, press conferences, trade shows, networking events, and private gatherings.

What’s included in your event coverage package?

Our standard packages can include photography, videography, edited highlight reels, social-ready clips, and optional livestreaming or same-day edits.

How many crew members will be on-site?

That depends on your needs.

 

Smaller events may only require one photographer or videographer, while larger events might need a full crew with multiple cameras, audio techs, and producers.

Can you deliver content during or right after the event?

Yes. We offer express edits, same-day social media cutdowns, or even live content updates depending on the package selected.

Do you offer livestreaming services?

Absolutely. We can livestream your event to platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, or your custom RTMP server. We'll manage camera switching, overlays, and audio mixing.

Can you help plan content around the event too?

Yes. We can help you pre-plan content such as teaser videos, speaker intros, branded backdrops, or social content leading up to the event.

You can even package actual-day coverage with our social media content, which can help promote festivals, expos, etc.

What’s the turnaround time for the final content?

Photos are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

 

Highlight videos take 7–10 days unless otherwise agreed. We also offer rush delivery options.

Will I get both raw and edited footage?

We usually deliver high-quality edited content, but you can request raw files if needed.

 

Additional fees apply for storage and transfer.

Can I request vertical video formats for Reels or TikToks?

Yes. We shoot with both horizontal and vertical framing in mind and can deliver content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

How far in advance should I book your team?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak periods or complex productions - we require this to ensure adequate allocation of resources.

Last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability.
